The Property

What made it matter.

Ledgerock asked buyers to understand more than size or finish. Its rock-edge setting, modernist plan, river outlook, and indoor-outdoor program made the architecture and site inseparable.

The WMR Work

How WMR approached it.

Working with the original builder-owner, WMR shaped the presentation around the experience of the property: arrival, glass and stone, entertaining spaces, direct water, and a rare sense of place.

The Result

A design-led market story.

The campaign brought a highly individual Hudson River estate to the luxury market while keeping the property’s design—not a checklist of amenities—at the center of the story.
